Let’s understand the PTE Test Format

PTE tests are 3 hours long and there are 3 main parts in the test.

  1. Speaking and Writing
  2. Listening
  3. Reading

Just so you know, there is an optional 10-minute break between the Reading and the Listening parts of your test. But if you choose to not take it, those 10 minutes will not be added to your remaining time.

In the test, you will be exposed to multiple accents and deal with multiple choice questions, interpreting graphs and charts, writing essays. Also, your pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary and grammar will be tested extensively.
